Returns & Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

School Shop (referred to as either "the School", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Queen Margaret's School, 660 Brownsey Avenue, Duncan British Columbia V9L 1C2 Canada.

Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to shopQMS.ca, accessible from https://shopqms.ca/

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not damaged and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Only regular prices Products may be refunded.
Products on sale or discount cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Orders that require shipping will be processed within 14 Days of purchase. 
A flat rate shipping will be applied and shipped via Canada Post. 

To return your product, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Our products are shipped within 14 Days via Canada Post.
